Steph joined The Warren House Veterinary Group as a Veterinary Surgeon in 1999. Steph specializes in orthopedics & has been a consulting vet at the Warren House Rochester branch for 19 years. Steph currently works Monday’s and Friday’s.

Simon K , Veterinary Surgeon, The Oaks Branch

Simon qualified from Bristol University in 2005 and has been with the Warren House Group for over 18 months. He is originally from Kent, and moved back in 2015 after some extended world travels throughout Asia, the Middle East and South Pacific. His areas of interest are behavioural medicine, ultrasound and imaging and often performs fine soft tissue surgical procedures such as thyroidectomies, eyelid and bladder surgeries. He also helps to run the weekly Cats Protection charity vet visits alongside Ruth. Outside of work, he is a keen portrait photographer and enjoys running, keeping fit and escaping up to London for the occasional gig, exhibition or event.

I have been working at WHVG for the last ten years and I am based at The Oaks branch. I am originally from Cyprus but have lived and worked in the UK since 2001. I always wanted to be a vet and still enjoy my job every single day. I have two elderly ginger cats of my own that I rescued after they were involved in a bad accident resulting in one of them losing a leg. We also added 2 guinea pigs to our family last year. If I get any spare time I enjoy oil painting.

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1992 and I am also an Advanced Practitioner in dermatology and small animal medicine.  I have worked in small animal practice for over 25 years in various practices in the South of England and have been working in Kent since 2000.  I enjoy dealing with complex skin diseases and feline cases and I am available on Tuesdays at The Oaks for appointments.

Alex is our locum veterinary surgeon based at the Christmas Lane Branch. She is originally from Romania and has been working in the UK since 2012.

BRANCH MANAGERS

Jay Group Practice Manager & RVN

Hi, I’m the Group Practice Manager at the Warren House Group and as well as a Qualified Veterinary Nurse. I am responsible for the day to day running of our 4 branches, managing the nurse and reception teams, and when needed I also provide nurse cover within the group. I have been employed within small animal Veterinary practices since 1994 and I returned to Warren House to take up a management role in December 2015. As with most of our staff I have had plenty of pets who have been acquired through working in practice – I currently own a three legged dog called Tryke, three cats and five guinea pigs! I feel very lucky to be working with such a friendly group of colleagues and I look forward to meeting you and your pets at one of our branches very soon!

My name is Gemma and have been nursing for 15years. I previously spent 6 years working in referral centres but am now happy to be working as the Branch Nurse Manager and Clinical Coach at the Warren House Veterinary Surgery seeing the everyday aspects of veterinary medicine. I have 3 cats at home, all whom have come to me via my job. I love working with my friends and colleagues at Warren House.

Sandra Walderslade Branch Manager

My name is Sandra, I’m Branch Manager here at Walderslade, I’ve been with the Warren House Veterinary Group for 6 years.  We are a busy practice with a great team of caring and dedicated individuals, I consider myself lucky to be a part of it.  Outside of work I have a busy household with 3 beautiful dogs and a very brave cat who keep me busy. I enjoy long walks and days out at the seaside, which is their favourite activity.

Sandra The Oaks Branch Manager

Hi, my name is Sandra and I am the Branch Manager at The Oaks. I have worked for the Warren House Group for 14 years. I enjoy the varied aspect of my job and of course love to meet so many clients and their beautiful pets! I have a 14 year old Chihuahua called Harvey and have kept chihuahuas since I was little.

Wendy Christmas Lane Branch Manager

My name is Wendy. I am the Branch Manager at Christmas Lane and I have been with the Warren House Group for 15 years. I have two cats, Maureen and Harpo and whenever I can, I love to visit the Highland National Park in Scotland to see the Polar Bears and Scottish Wildcats.

I do not currently have any pets due to living in rented accommodation but have always grown up having dogs at my family home and still help my mum to look after our little Patterdale terrier named Parsley. I have enjoyed every minute of it, working with a fantastic team of vets, nurses, and receptionists. In 2012 a stray jack Russell cross puppy was brought into the surgery and came home with me for the night as a foster. Now his name is Calico Jack and has lived with me ever since!

I feel lucky to work as part of the group amongst lovely, caring and hard working people. I have three loveable, loyal Labradors Jessie,Eric and Monty and four greedy guinea pigs: Kevin, Black Pudding, Apple Sauce and Pork Chop. Hi I’m Sally, I’ve been working as a veterinary nurse at Warren House for over 20years. In my spare time I enjoy dog walks with Teasel, Dilly and the rest of the family. I have a love for all things Disney and its lucky I enjoy my job as quite often the patients and strays come home with me and then end up staying. At work I particularly love meeting all the new puppies with their owners and watching them grow during their routine visits and nurse check ups.

Isabel RVN Warren House Branch

Isabel has been as a veterinary nurse working for The Warren House Veterinary Group for 24 years. She currently works part-time at our Warren House Branch, and has a ginger cat that she adopted as a stray from our surgery called Theodore.

Emma RVN Warren House Branch

My name is Emma and I am a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse. I have been working within the Warren House group since 2009 and have been qualified since 2003. I really love nursing the in-patients and also the medical side. My second passion can be found on a Friday taking care of the orthopaedic patients in theatre. I have spent time working at both an out of hours emergency service and at a Referral centre to gain further specialist knowledge. I have two dogs called Betsy and Boris I look forward to meeting you all and your pets.

My name is Hannah and I have been a veterinary nurse for 5 years and have recently returned to working with The WHVG. I have a Heinz 57 dog called Stanley who loves trips out in our camper van. I have a keen interest in guinea pigs and other small furries and I look forward to reacquainting myself with the clients and their pets here at Warren House.

My name is Catriona. I’m a Registered Veterinary Nurse and work at the Oaks branch! I have 3 cats, a very old dog, 3 rabbits and a tortoise! I enjoy all aspects of my work but particularly like laboratory work and exotics and completed my Veterinary Nursing certificate in Exotics in 2014. At weekends I enjoy spending time with my family and going on walks with our dog.

I’m Alex , a student veterinary nurse at The Warren House Veterinary Group. I started my training in September 2017 after working on reception for 18 months. Hello I’m Victoria, and I first started working at the Warren House Veterinary group in November 2017 after having been in the veterinary industry for 4 years. I work across all the four branches, both on reception and nursing, and thoroughly enjoy both aspects of my job. I studied Level 3 Animal Management when I left school, as my dream has always been to become a qualified nurse, and I came here to pursue that career further. Outside of work I love to take my dog Ellie for walks, and make sure my two cats, Jasper and Monty aren’t getting into any trouble. Jasper and Monty are 2 cats from a group of 4 that I hand reared in the beginning of 2017, and each have a special place in my heart.

Hi my name is Maureen and I am the Accounts Manager for the Warren House Group. I have worked for the company for just over four years and deal with all aspects of the group’s financial business. My role is challenging and no two days are the same… just the way I like it.

Julia
Practice Manager

My name is Julia Kearney and I have been with the practice since it opened in November 1982. Currently I am the Practice Manager, but over the years have covered all aspects of the work involved and meet lots of lovely clients and their pets. I have 3 dogs, a patterdale terrier who is 15 years old, a working sheepdog who is 5.5 years old and a rescue border collie who is nearly 2 years. We are away most weekends competing at either agility or flyball.
